Buscando determinar el grado de cumplimiento del marco normativo de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo bajo los estándares de la resolución 0312 de 2019, se realiza un diagnóstico del estado inicial en materia de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para la microempresa JABBLE S.A.S cuya actividad económica principal se centra en la elaboración de productos de base química como la elaboración de jabones. El proceso de diagnóstico inicial se realizó a través de una lista de verificación de estándares bajo los criterios de la precitada resolución. A partir de dicha lista de verificación de estándares, se identificaron vacíos de cumplimiento e implementación en materia de Seguridad y Salud, que pueden impactar y comprometer la salud, el bienestar del equipo trabajador y la continuidad operacional de la organización. A razón de ello, se inicia el proceso de diseño del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo, buscando cubrir las falencias y necesidades identificadas en el proceso de diagnóstico, promoviendo el cuidado y el bienestar de los trabajadores durante el ejercicio de su actividad laboral y garantizando el cumplimiento normativo y legal que atañe al Sistema de Gestión. Por último, se sugieren ciertas recomendaciones, que a modo de acciones buscan orientar la estrategia de diseño del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para la empresa en mención

Seeking to determine the degree of compliance with the regulatory framework of Safety and Health at Work under the standards of resolution 0312 of 2019, a diagnosis of the initial state in terms of Safety and Health at Work is made for the JABBLE SAS microenterprise whose economic activity The main focus is on the production of chemical-based products such as the production of soaps. The initial diagnostic process was carried out through a checklist of standards under the criteria of the required resolution. Based on said checklist of standards, gaps in compliance and implementation in terms of Health and Safety were identified, which can impact and damage the health, well-being of the working team and the operational continuity of the organization. After that, the design process of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System begins, seeking to cover the shortcomings and needs identified in the diagnostic process, promoting the care and well-being of workers during the exercise of their reason. work activity and guaranteeing regulatory and legal compliance regarding the Management System. Finally, certain recommendations are suggested, which by way of actions seek to guide the design strategy of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System for the company in question.
