Diseño de sistema de gestión de salud y seguridad en el trabajo en la Fundación para la Investigación y el Desarrollo Social “Fundesol”

Abstract

El presente documento plasma la formulación y el diseño del Sistema de Gestión de Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo de la Fundación para la Investigación y el Desarrollo Social “FUNDESOL” de Bogotá. Inicia con la identificación del problema, el cual consiste en la ausencia del sistema dentro de la organización, lo que implica el diseño y desarrollo del mismo a partir de la identificación de los riesgos hasta la mitigación y control de los mismos, teniendo en cuenta la normatividad vigente en la materia en el estado Colombiano, así como el ciclo PVHA (Deming): Planear, Hacer, Verificar, Actuar

This document base the formulation and design of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the "FUNDESOL" Foundation for Research and Social Development in Bogotá. It starts with the identification of the problem, which consists in the absence of the system inside the organization, which implies the design and development of the same from the identification of the risks to the mitigation and control of them, taking into account the Current normative in the matter in the Colombian state, as well as the cycle PVHA (Deming): Plan, Do, Check, Act.
