Propuesta para la mitigación de Trastornos Músculo - Esqueléticos (TME) en el área administrativa de la empresa SICTE SAS, estudio de caso a partir del cargo de auxiliar de gestión humana

Abstract

Los problemas osteomusculares que afectan a los trabajadores del área administrativa están ligados en su gran mayoría a las condiciones en las cuales desempeñan sus labores, como el puesto de trabajo, la iluminación, las herramientas de trabajo, entre otros. La presente investigación busca indagar sobre las condiciones del puesto de trabajo del área administrativa de la empresa SICTE SAS y determinar qué efectos causa el estar sentado en un puesto de trabajo por mucho tiempo, que partes de este están afectando en mayor medida y qué nivel de intervención se necesita para controlar el riesgo de sufrir Trastornos Músculo Esqueléticos - TME. Para cumplir lo anterior, la investigación implementó procesos cuantitativos, como el cuestionario Nórdico Kuorinka y el método de evaluación ROSA, logrando de esta manera determinar el nivel de intervención de estos puestos y las recomendaciones correspondientes para prevenir cada uno de los efectos negativos.

Musculoskeletal problems affecting workers in the administrative area are mostly related to the conditions in which they perform their work, such as the workstation, lighting, work tools, among others. The present research seeks to investigate the conditions of the workstation in the administrative area of the company SICTE SAS and to determine the effects caused by sitting at a workstation for a long time, which parts of it are affecting to a greater extent and what level of intervention is needed to control the risk of suffering Musculoskeletal Disorders - MSD.
