The company where the research was conducted is an innovative organization and leader in diagnostic and evaluation solutions, consulting and auditing models, technical engineering services, and treatment of end-of-life vehicles, this last area specifically corresponds to the process where ran the investigation. The methodology used in THE COMPANY corresponds to a descriptive study, where the conditions of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System were evaluated, in such a way that the level of robustness of the system, its shortcomings and a proposal were presented of improvement, which contributes to minimizing the existing gap between the requirements to be met and the current conditions of THE COMPANY, for the design of the proposal three fundamental aspects evaluated were taken into account: preventive medicine, hygiene and safety. As part of the results, it was possible to identify different opportunities for improvement, from the documentary field to the scope of action, that is, the implementation of each of the programs and subprograms established by THE COMPANY, showing that different Isolated activities that have an impact on the company's employees, however, are not articulated within the management system, in the same way, the lack of support from management on the subject, forces the activities carried out to lose force of implementation and is not counted. with the economic flow required for its operation. In the improvement proposal, all the improvement opportunities that are re.quired are named, in order to comply with all the requirements of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System
