This document shows the problems presented by the student community in the urban area of ​​the municipality of Guapi - Cauca on the inadequate management and use of solid waste, according to this scourge there is a need to propose a project in the urban public educational institutions of the municipality which didactic programs focused on raising awareness and education of the management and use of solid waste, in such a way that it is possible to rescue andpromote a sense of belonging with natural resources and create a culture environmental in the educational community and this in turn to the entire population of Guapire. Furthermore, in the content of this document we find the description of the methodology, the schedule of activities, the resources necessary to carry out the development of activities and the benefits that can be obtained from the execution of the project.
