Evaluación de variables de mantenimiento utilizando equipos de monitoreo satelital en plantas eléctricas

Abstract

This monograph provides an analysis and investigation of different issues about maintenance power generation plants, the which ones focus on the evaluation of a software that can monitor the mode of operating of power generation plants, due to the drawbacks present nowdays in its maintenance, what causes great economic loss, significant low-productivity in the Company and a major loss of reputation with customers or users of the plants. It is essential define the problems arising, in order to recognize the most important shortcomings. Then it continues with the development of the theoretical framework and the issues related, to achieve an effective evaluation of the variables which are to be monitored. Being necessary to do surveys and use tools that allow to establish the most common faults, Additional, submission a proposal with the costs of investment of the project, in which includes: spare parts prices, procedures, labour, raw material, staff training and other concepts related. Finally some recommendations are made and conclusions of feasibility for the implementation of the system of monitoring satellite of power generation plants.
