The objective of this work is to carry out an analysis of the impact on sales in the insurance sector in the automotive industry in the voluntary all-risk policies of the city of Bogotá, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as to issue a concept, against the new strategies and consumer trends that can be implemented by insurance intermediaries in order to maintain their market share, as well as perform an analysis and comparison of insurance policy sales before, during and after the covid-19 pandemic. 19 within the city of Bogotá, identifying the changes in the regulations issued by the Colombian financial superintendence due to a pandemic effect in the insurance sector, obtaining a proposal for new strategies that allow strengthening the volume of sales in the insurance sector. Contact was made with the main actors involved for this research, including insurance intermediaries, concessionaires and consumer customers through surveys, in order to know objectively and with criteria the reality of the consumption trend and sales. And descriptive why it is an investigation that has the purpose of describing consumer behavior in such a way that the consumption trend and consumer customer buyback intention are known. In the search for information we take reference thesis both nationally and internationally, for this investigative study we do it exploratory by collecting information to a defined population segment, with a broad interest in buying and acquiring insurance vehicles, inquiring about the perception of the actors raised above. After analyzing the marketing trends and reviewing the different theses, the survey data and the opinion of experts, we suggest to insurance intermediaries with a certain number of clients the implementation of a web service system which will be tied to the systems. from different insurance companies.
