In this document we find a detailed description of the problems associated with the management of organic waste generated in restaurants in the city, this problem stimulated the creation of a design of a program for the use of organic waste based on environmental education and pedagogical tools, involving the restaurants that are within the business clusters in the city, this is the case of the restaurant cluster of the avenida chile shopping center in Bogotá DC, chosen as the target population for the development of this design, thanks These restaurants are currently seeking to develop actions to benefit the environment. In the body of the document, the methodology and the step-by-step structure of the program design are defined, along with the resources, the schedule and its potential benefits to the environment, thus achieving sustainable development.
