La mayoría de las empresas debe luchar constantemente para evitar o minimizar los posibles accidentes causados por los comportamientos inseguros de los trabajadores, por la falta de cumplimiento de las directrices establecidas para cada labor y área de trabajo. Este proyecto de investigación denominado Análisis de las observaciones de compor- tamientos HSE de los trabajadores operativos de Rampint S.A.S, en la ejecución del con- trato de mantenimiento de tanques en la refinería de Barrancabermeja, Santander, busca identificar las especialidades que en la ejecución de sus labores generan un mayor riesgo para la salud de los trabajadores, de igual manera se analizan las causas probables que se materialicen incidentes o accidentes dentro de los tanques de la refinería, si se realiza el uso adecuado por parte de los trabajadores los EPP entregados por la empresa y qué por- centaje de hallazgos o aseguramientos de comportamientos se han presentados durante la ejecución de la labor. Con la aplicación de dos instrumentos de recolección de datos que son las observaciones de comportamiento realizadas por Rampint S.A.S, se realizó el análisis del comportamiento seguro o en riesgo de los trabajadores en sus labores con el objetivo de establecer el por- centaje de riesgo de cada especialidad, identificar en que área se presentan la mayor canti- dad de peligros. Conjuntamente en el desarrollo de la investigación se aplicó un segundo instrumento que fue una encuesta realizada a los trabajadores, la encuesta fue diseñada y realizada con el objetivo de recaudar información de los trabajadores sobre: el conocimiento de las ob- 6servaciones de aseguramiento de comportamiento, peligros y riesgos presentes en la eje- cución de sus tareas diarias, entre otras preguntas importantes para el desarrollo de esta investigación, que al final permitió realizar las conclusiones de la investigación de acuerdo al análisis elaborado y establecer recomendaciones que conlleven a tener una empresa más segura.

Most companies must constantly fight to avoid or minimize possible accidents caused by unsafe behavior of workers, due to lack of compliance with the guidelines established for each task and work area. This research project called Analysis of the observations of HSE behaviors of the operational workers of Rampint S.A.S, in the execution of the tank maintenance contract at the Barrancaber- meja refinery, Santander, seeks to identify the specialties that in the execution of their work gen- erates a greater risk to the health of the workers. In the same way, the probable causes of inci- dents or accidents that materialize within the refinery tanks are analyzed, if the appropriate use by the workers of the PPE provided by the company and what percentage of findings or behav- ioral assurances have been presented during the execution of the work. With the application of two data collection instruments, which are behavioral observations carried out by Rampint S.A.S, the analysis of the safe or at-risk behavior of workers in their work was carried out with the objective of establishing the percentage of risk. of each specialty, identify in which area the greatest number of dangers occur. Jointly in the development of the research, a second instrument was applied, which was a sur- vey carried out on the workers. The survey was designed and carried out with the objective of collecting information from the workers on: knowledge of behavioral assurance observations, dangers and risks present in the execution of their daily tasks, among other important questions for the development of this investigation, which in the end allowed the conclusions of the inves- tigation to be drawn according to the analysis prepared and to establish recommendations that lead to having a safer company.
