Abstract

The main purpose of this degree work is to provide the documentary tools for a continuous improvement of the Integral Management System based on decree 1072 Book 2, Part 2, Title 4, Chapter 6 in the company GNG INGENIERIA., From the initial diagnosis, Complying with the legal requirements and the needs of the organization. The present work is structured in four stages; In the first stage a description was made of the company GNG INGENIERIA; The second stage was an initial diagnosis of the Integral Management System based on Decree 1072 of 2015, which will provide us with the status of the company against compliance with the requirements of the decree, in order to establish and define the opportunities Improvement of the management system; The third stage consisted of the elaboration of an SG-SST Manual with the procedures, formats and programs necessary for the documentation according to the result of the initial diagnosis; And the fourth stage is to present a proposal for a work plan that will allow GNG INGENIERIA to initiate a continuous improvement process based on the PHVA cycle, Decree 1072 of 2015, compliance with legal requirements and accident prevention And occupational diseases.
