Diagnóstico de Riesgos Biomecánicos, en los Auxiliares de Enfermería en el Instituto Tobías Emanuel de la Ciudad de Cali

Resumen

SPA La prevención, debe ser la bandera de toda organización, de ahí la necesidad de mejorar las condiciones del entorno laboral que garantice un ambiente de trabajo sano y seguro, para quienes desarrollan las actividades. Es por esto que el interés del presente estudio es identificar la sintomatología presente y valorar el nivel de riesgo biomecánico en el cargo de auxiliares de enfermería en el Instituto Tobías Emanuel de la ciudad de Cali; Buscando dar cumplimiento a lo anterior, en el desarrollo del presente trabajo se ha aplicado el cuestionario Nórdico de Kourinka, a fin de identificar la sintomatología musculoesquelética, posterior a ello se ha implementado el método OWAS para determinar el nivel de riesgo y así poder realizar el respectivo análisis a los resultados obtenidos, con el fin de proponer estrategias de mejora para la prevención de los trastornos evidenciados, en el cargo de auxiliares de enfermería, adicional a la aplicación del método se ha complementado el análisis con un estudio de tiempos y movimientos ING Prevention should be the banner of any organization, hence the need to improve the conditions of the work environment to ensure a healthy and safe work environment for those who develop the activities.
