The topic of the research work is related with a proposal for the design of an Occupational Health and Safety Management system, based on the minimum standards of the Resolution number 0312 of 2019, at the company INPHAL SAS, for the first semester of the year 2020. The Company INPHAL SAS is dedicated to the manufacture of footwear for women´s line, currently the company does not have an Occupational Health and Safety Management system, what it means a breach on the regulations for safety and health at work. Through the proposal for the design of an Occupational Health and Safety Management system, based on the minimum standards shown at the Resolution 0312 of 2019, a work plan can be established that allows the organization to align with the legal requirements in Safety and Health at work in Colombia. The methodology used was related with a field observation, documentary review and the direct assessment through the evaluation of the 21 requirements from the minimum standards matrix in OSH. As a consequence of the development of the proposal, was evident that the result of the evaluation based on the minimum standards in safety and health at work under the resolution 0312 is critical, for this reason the company should develop and present an immediate improvement plan to the regulatory entities such as the Ministry of Labor and its occupational risk insurer. Another important aspect evident was a lack of assignment of a responsible person for the activities corresponding to the Occupational Health and Safety Management system, at the same time people do not have enough knowledge on OSH issues, among others.
