The research presents the routes of treatment for Burnout Syndrome and Mental Load, as associated with work-related stress illnesses developed from the use of the interview as a research tool and contrasting of results with information obtained from the theoretical framework, with information from primary sources, professionals in the field of work and organizational psychology and secondary, from specialized documents, in each of the topics covered. The route created, allows employers and teachers recognize the diseases mentioned, as part of the labor psychology risks in educational institutions of higher education private, mitigate its impact on educators and thereby achieve higher levels of productivity and the welfare of workers. The impact of a social project such as this, is evident in the medium and long term financial and employment level.
