Propuesta de un plan de prevención preparación y respuesta ante emergencias en Home & Care

Abstract

De acuerdo con el diagnóstico o evaluación inicial realizado a la empresa Home & Care S.A.S, se evidenció un porcentaje de implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo del 61%, el componente que incluye emergencias arrojó un 0%, lo que indica la inexistencia de un plan de emergencias, definido, establecido, e implementado. De igual forma y considerando que un plan de prevención, preparación y respuesta ante emergencias es tan fundamental para cualquier organización, pues estas representan un riesgo latente que aunque no se tenga certeza de cuando ocurrirán si existe la probabilidad de que se presenten, de igual forma si se materializan dichas emergencias surge la necesidad del saber, del tener y del que hacer frente a estas por este motivo se realiza la propuesta de un plan de prevención preparación y respuesta ante emergencias, con el objetivo de suministrar a la compañía un análisis que gráficamente les indique las amenazas a las que es más vulnerable, los procedimientos adecuados para dar respuesta oportuna y eficaz a cada una de estas, los equipamientos físicos, intelectuales y locativos indispensables para la adecuada respuesta y por último los instrumentos para evaluar la capacidad de respuesta y la pertinencia de los procedimientos establecidos. Este sin número de actividades implementadas y ejecutadas correctamente no solo asegurarán la prevención de pérdidas humanas y económicas en la compañía Home and Care, también elevarán el estatus de la organización frente a la gestión en SST y desde luego aportará una gran satisfacción por el deber cumplido, el cuidado al recurso humano, el medio ambiente y los bienes de la organización.

This number of activities implemented and executed correctly not only ensure the prevention of human and economic losses in the Home and Care company, also will raise the status of the Organization against the management of safety and health at work and It will certainly bring great satisfaction fulfilled duty, people care, the environment and the heritage of the Organization.
