The degree work, developed at Fertecnica G SAS, which has been specializing in the transport of electricity for high voltage lines, is intended for the company to have an occupational health and safety management system, of in such a way that risks, accident rates and absenteeism are minimized and it benefits from improving the productivity and health of workers. In the project, the research method used is inductive, since it starts from the observation in the places and work centers, to take the respective records, classify and analyze the information, and finally conclude. Fertecnica G SAS, implementing an improvement plan in the minimum standards of the Occupational Health and Safety Management system SG-SST, based on resolution 0312 of 2019, complies with the legal requirements and documenting the SG-SST, under ISO 45001: 2018 standard strengthens its management system. Stakeholder matrix, instructions for risk management, risk identification and analysis matrix, change management procedure, internal audit procedure, contribute to the management, safety and health system at work.
