At present, in the workplace, the need to include Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems has become evident, the current regulations are directed so that all public and private employers implement a system that allows control of process safety and worker protection. In hotels there are latent risks such as: biomechanical, psychosocial, chemical, among others that can trigger a series of problems that translate into costs for the employer. The SG-SST is closely related to the current public health problem that the world faces in the face of the SARS-Cov-2 (COVID-19) disease, since the hotel is highly impacted by the effects that it has left so much on the employee health, as well as the economic, social and environmental aspects. Therefore, through the initial diagnosis of the hotel, strategies were generated for the organization and in turn be able to mitigate the impacts generated by the pandemic.
