The purpose of the research in principle is to carry out a diagnosis and evaluation in order to measure the satisfaction of the employees of GRUPO FORTEZZA S.A.S. From there, it is determined to evaluate the psychosocial risk as the main cause of work stress associated with behavior in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic as a result of the rapid increase in confirmed cases and deaths in the workplace. Employees must be evaluated for psychological problems associated with stress, hence the need to implement the psychosocial risk battery to characterize the basic components of affectation. Different study techniques were used together with the provisions of resolution 2646 of 2008. Establishing corrective measures to mitigate adverse effects such as regulation through a prevention diagnosis, implement technical studies to offer favorable psychosocial balance between the parties (employer - collaborators ) against the measures provided by the national government in favor of the accelerated spread due to the pandemic. Hence, GRUPO FORTEZZA increases rigor in biosafety, encompassing safe, pleasant and dynamic spaces that mitigate work stress as a cause of psychosocial risk. The results have been favorable, there is a low risk for work stress indices, therefore, the symptomatic frequency associated with stress is scarce and in order to do this, it is essential to carry out intervention and promotion programs in OSH. On the other hand, there are comparisons in prevalent diagnoses to determine the recurrent disease factor when entering, renewing or remaining in the company. Being overweight the main cause of adverse health conditions.
