Optimización de los procesos productivos y contables de los costos operativos en la empresa Moda Alveiro Afanador

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to provide information related to the internship period in the Moda Alveiro Afanador company, which contains the analysis of the problems observed in the process of making dresses, which are the products that generate profits for the company; the calculation of operating costs and utilities, implementing the use of technical sheets with the purpose of suggesting a solution to said problems. Chapter one contains the general data of the company. Chapter two presents a brief description of the intern's role during the internship. Chapter three presents the corresponding diagnosis of the company for the identification of the problem, which consists of the lack of organization in the manufacturing processes, the ignorance of the operating costs and the profits that are generated when making each dress, proposing as a solution the implementation of technical sheets for each dress to be made. Finally, chapter four ends the report listing the achievements, scope, limitations and conclusions of the internship and the approach of the recommendations for the company.
