Propuesta de un plan de mantenimiento PMO para la bomba centrífuga mcm series 178 de 15 hp 4x3 para la empresa PSC ENERGY

The objective of this research was to develop a proposal for the optimization of a maintenance plan (PMO) for a 15 hp 4x3 MCM series 178 centrifugal pump for PSC Energy, which has presented failures in its internal components, resulting in delays in the loading of fluid in tanks and vehicles located in the different fronts of field work that were operated during 2019. All technical and historical equipment management information was diagnosed and established, such as resumes, indicators, formats, failure reports and surface well test inspections. With the above information and the execution of the correct analysis methods, we were able to identify the components with the highest risk of equipment criticality, the pump components were cascaded, the failure effect modes of the most critical components were identified and analyzed through the Pareto diagram, and additionally the life cycle benefit was predicted along with the unavailability cost and ROI calculation. These activities were carried out over a period of 10 months in the facilities of the company PSC energy located in Chia Cundinamarca. During the development of the PMO methodology, the activities described in the research methodology were fulfilled, which were of great importance in the development and adequate implementation of effective maintenance actions and adequate frequencies of the asset.

The purpose of this research proposal is to design and develop necessary and pertinent strategies aimed at sensitizing the community of the La Inmaculada Educational Institution of the Municipality of Olaya Herrera, regarding tree planting, rational use, conservation, social and environmental responsibility in the proper management of the ecosystem. To achieve this, there is an inductive, direct and indirect research methodology, through experimentation, comparison and generalization, for which the survey is used as a research tool for parents, teachers and students, and thus carry out a diagnosis of knowledge about reforestation, the practice of planting trees and trees, and participation in reforestation activities. The results obtained showed that there is little awareness of the effects of not reforesting green areas, not making good use of natural resources, not being part of the region's biodiversity conservation, and that Despite the existence of green areas and land where it can be planted, it is not. La influencia del tipo de vinculación laboral y el contrato psicológico, en la satisfacción laboral de los odontólogos de la Clínica PROMTA en Antioquia

The present investigation was aimed at demonstrating the influence of the type of employment relationship, the importance of the psychological contract and the repercussions on job satisfaction of the Dentists of the Promta Dental Medical Clinic in Antioquia. The research has an ex post factual design, of a non-experimental type, taking as representative sample of 76% of the target population, that is, forty-two (42) Dentists. For the evaluation, an instrument authored by the researchers was used, which is why it was validated by experts. the scale implemented operationalizes the construct of satisfaction of the participants in the face of different factors of their contractual relationship with the promta clinic, such as satisfaction with the current working conditions of the promta clinic, workload, psychological contract, participation and management of change, leadership characteristics , opportunities for the use and development of skills and knowledge, social relationships at work and organizational clarity, the results obtained which were tabulated in an Excel document, evidence that job satisfaction is associated with the variables of type of employment relationship and contract psychological. However, The data show that there is a direct relationship between job satisfaction and the type of work relationship currently maintained by the dentists of the clinic and that there is no relationship between the type of relationship and the psychological contract. These results contribute to future research aimed at studying the variables that positively or negatively interfere with the job satisfaction of dentists.

In this academic work, pretend to propose a strategy that allows the Global implementation Harmonized System in the company Envía - Colvanes S.A.S., for its processes of vehicle maintenance and general services, which the current legal regulations and standards are taken into account by the company. Initially, a diagnosis has been made of the current state of the controls applied in these processes on the chemical risk, and the existing documentation within the organization, as well as the method of communication of dangers associated with the chemical products used in its processes. Based on the review carried out, it established that even when there are certain controls, they are not framed within the current legal regulations. Additionally, given the company's own activity, the risk to which all activities focused on biomechanical due to the driving activity vehicles, however, the chemical risk to which the staff exposed could be intervened, Therefore, an intervention proposal established that seeks to recognize, control and communicate the risk represented by the use of chemical substances to avoid the presence of occupational accidents and future occupational diseases, as well as prevent environmental pollution during handling and exposure of chemical products and shielding the company by complying with Colombian regulations.
