Una vez realizada toda la evaluación se propuso generar la planeación estratégica, en busca de mejorar las debilidades detectadas durante el proceso de análisis de la información, por anterior dentro del marco de desarrollo, se definieron pilares para la gestión; talento humano, cliente interno, planeación, contratistas, gestión de repuestos, áreas transversales internas y control de gastos, apoyados en indicadores que garanticen el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas, dando como resultado los impactos esperados descritos. El presente plan de mantenimiento es una propuesta de mejora realizada al Plan de Mantenimiento existente en La Clinica de Especialistas la Dorada, con el fin de garantizar la seguridad de los pacientes y del personal que utiliza la tecnología biomédica. Se propone inicialmente la revisión del inventario del equipamiento biomédico, determinando el nivel de riesgo, y el nivel de prioridad para cada equipo biomédico. 10 Para cada procedimiento se propone implementar un diseño llamado lista de chequeo donde se expresan los resultados de cada mantenimiento o actividad realizada. El propósito es reflejar de forma rápida, clara y eficiente el estado actual de los equipos biomédicos después de haberles realizado la inspección y el mantenimiento. A company with 15 years in the market that has dealt with its sales but not its organizational development, since having an acceptable sales margin has not decided to take the next step in the development of the company in which it includes an organizational structure and appropriate documentation so that over time the growth of the company does not hinder the processes for lack of organizational culture. Market demands are not only focused on price, but also the good development of its operations and its good organizational culture, as well as the fact that the company realizes that it must currently assume losses that are not notable for its good margin of sales, but that when they are integrated in the income statements can mean considerable orders, and that they can be used in investment for the company. For Mr. Sierra and his empiricism, the operations they carry out are being well directed due to their good sales margin, but he has the perception of losses due to administrative failures, he considers them to be failures that should occur and should only be assumed by the company without the need for To be corrected for this, we based our information on an interview and photographic records of our field work, from which it was possible to obtain decisive information for the development of the investigation. The resource planning from demand forecasting is one of the main activities to achieve complete harmony between planning and material consumption. Therefore, this research aims to identify the different models for the control of planning materials that have a high impact on the production process of the company, including the factors and variables that affect the optimal development of the supply chain. The result is defined and provides a model for planning distribution requirements (DRP), by which it can control the material requirements in bulk and optimum times, based on forecasts of customer demand. To fulfill the objective, a Descriptive methodology was proposed where through the instruments such as the interviews and talks with the Manager and the employees of the microenterprise and the evaluation of the production processes and procedures, the main characteristics and factors are identified. that affect not only the production, but also the work of the employees, thus achieving the essential steps for the construction of the matrix. The results of the hazard matrix contributed to comply with the Colombian Legislation that regulates this type of company and also to minimize risks for both workers and production within a framework of culture of prevention and safety.
