Propuesta de un Plan de Mantenimiento Centrado en la Confiabilidad del equipo más crítico en la Estación de Bombeo de Agua Potable Cantalejo del Acueducto de Bogotá

El marco de referencia del presente proyecto se basa en el paradigma positivista con un enfoque cuantitativo y el método para el análisis de los datos es descriptivo. El objetivo del proyecto es presentar una propuesta de un Plan de Mantenimiento RCM para el equipo más crítico de la EBAP Cantalejo, como marco de referencia para lograr el objetivo se usó la filosofía RCM, se planteó como primera medida una encuesta de satisfacción al personal de la DSE, el resultado fue de 81% a favor del plan de mantenimiento, como propuesta de solución para los aspectos que generan confusión se realizará una capacitación virtual en RCM, el segundo aspecto para cumplir con el propósito del proyecto fue analizar los datos descargados de SAP PM de los equipos que presentaron fallas desde enero de 2021 a marzo de 2024 de la EBAP Cantalejo para identificar los sistemas o equipos con más fallas, de acuerdo al análisis se seleccionaron 4 equipos, a los equipos seleccionados se les realizó la taxonomía de acuerdo a la norma ISO 14224, después se realizó el análisis de criticidad que dio como resultado que el PLC es el equipo más crítico y con el AMEF se realizaron las acciones proactivas para diseñar el Plan de Mantenimiento de RCM del PLC, como último paso se realizó el análisis financiero de la capacitación y el plan de mantenimiento RCM que arrojo un 33% de retorno sobre la inversión en un año.

Currently, the higher education organizations looking to stay ahead and work for being able to respond effectively to the needs upgrade in knowledge and techniques in this globalized world where competition and the desire to excel are the order day. However, these organizations have neglected the importance of creating healthy work environments for both workers teaching order as administrative, generating the development of multiple problems associated with work, such as job dissatisfaction, low performance, low motivation, among other physical and psychological illnesses. (Enriquez, 2008). On this issue, a thorough investigation of the methodologies used globally for the assessment of psychosocial risk in different workplaces and on the other hand developing the organizational structure of the institution of higher education that was taken as example and object characterized reach what was the ECCI University in Bogota. According to the analysis done for the different methodologies and organizational characteristics of the institution of higher education, a survey type tool that allows a first diagnosis regarding the working environment in an institution of higher education design. This survey, carried out online for easy disclosure consists of 35 questions that address different topics of the characteristics of the work environment, including those found levels of leadership, participation, sense of belonging, interpersonal relationships, work load, mental load, levels of stress and burnout syndrome.

Musculoskeletal disorders are important in studies derived from incapacity for work at a national and global level, with musculoskeletal disorders being the rate of greatest incidence in the decrease and loss of work capacity temporary or permanent. Currently a quarter of workers complain of muscle aches; They are presented by different risk factors such as lifting loads, forced postures and repetitive movements. Given the situation, the early detection of the different symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders will help to reduce occupational diseases and absenteeism of occupational origin. The objective is to make a proposal for the mitigation of musculoskeletal disorders and plan mitigation strategies with the workers of the Agrosavia company in the administrative area, with the application of the Nordic questionnaire and to analyze which is the incidence of DME discomfort in the workers. Also by a TICS tool, is needed to evaluate workers for the early detection of upper limb discomfort. Methodology. It begins with the application of the Nordic questionnaire to the workers, the respective statistical analyzes are carried out, obtaining a series of results, and then the samples are taken using the innovative tool which measures the strength made by the students. As a result, it is evident that musculoskeletal pathology prevails in hands and neck. Where the musculoskeletal symptoms are one of the main sources for absenteeism and this is directly linked to ailments of occupational origin, for this reason it is necessary to review and create early interventions for the health care of workers.
