Musculoskeletal disorders are important in studies derived from incapacity for work at a national and global level, with musculoskeletal disorders being the rate of greatest incidence in the decrease and loss of work capacity temporary or permanent. Currently a quarter of workers complain of muscle aches; They are presented by different risk factors such as lifting loads, forced postures and repetitive movements. Given the situation, the early detection of the different symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders will help to reduce occupational diseases and absenteeism of occupational origin. The objective is to make a proposal for the mitigation of musculoskeletal disorders and plan mitigation strategies with the workers of the Agrosavia company in the administrative area, with the application of the Nordic questionnaire and to analyze which is the incidence of DME discomfort in the workers. Also by a TICS tool, is needed to evaluate workers for the early detection of upper limb discomfort. Methodology. It begins with the application of the Nordic questionnaire to the workers, the respective statistical analyzes are carried out, obtaining a series of results, and then the samples are taken using the innovative tool which measures the strength made by the students. As a result, it is evident that musculoskeletal pathology prevails in hands and neck. Where the musculoskeletal symptoms are one of the main sources for absenteeism and this is directly linked to ailments of occupational origin, for this reason it is necessary to review and create early interventions for the health care of workers.
