En el desarrollo del proyecto se emplea la investigación histórica ya que basados en fuentes y acontecimientos históricos sobre la gestión de inventarios, se puede describir y emplear la metodología adecuada respecto al tipo de inventario que se desea establecer; en este caso el inventario de repuestos, el cual es aplicable para el entorno de las gestión de los mismos y cumple con las condiciones necesarias para la aplicación de la metodología ABC, mediante el análisis de información, la rotación de entradas y salidas de repuestos; el estudio de implementación de cambios recientes, la mejora continua con el análisis y priorización de problemas, lo que permite tener una visión clara del estado de las existencias de los repuestos y así tener claro que es realmente necesario tener en stock. Así mismo permite tener claro que repuestos se deben adquirir con en mayor proporción y poder optimizar el recurso económico destinado a la adquisición de los repuestos, lo que permite generar la propuesta de mejora y adquisición de un aplicativo para el manejo de inventarios. Two thirds of the wells worldwide are operated by means of Mechanical Pumping, which makes it relevant to maintain the BMU associated with the procurement and production of crude oil, this project is being developed in Field A. Approximately 692 Units were analyzed, which present a number of constant failures and breakdowns that prompted the project of a maintenance proposal based on a PMO; For the development, initially an internal consultancy was prepared and executed, so that the current situation of the maintenance department and its deviations could be known, in order to establish a maintenance methodology, and finally and taking into account the chosen strategy, define activities that guarantee the availability of equipment and the continuous progress of maintenance management.

En el siguiente documento se analizan los aspectos a mejorar en la comunicación vertical de Aportes en Línea (Bogotá) para poder dar cumplimiento en total cabalidad al principio corporativo de comunicación efectiva entre los colaboradores. Para esta investigación se utiliza un enfoque investigativo cualitativo para conocer el punto de vista de los colaboradores en cuanto a la comunicación con sus superiores; la modalidad de investigación utilizada es la encuesta, para obtener resultados más concretos, y facilitar la comprensión de los mismos para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos al comienzo de la investigación. La población y muestra utilizada en la investigación es directamente el cliente interno de la compañía, aquellos colaboradores que son los directos implicados en la comunicación vertical, adicional a esto el muestreo de la investigación será no probabilístico debido a que se segmentó la población a la que tiene más de tres meses de antigüedad en la misma.

Propuesta de mejora de la gestión de mantenimiento de los activos de una compañía certificadoras de productos y servicios

El presente trabajo está enfocado en la oportunidad de mejora del proceso de Gestión de Mantenimiento, en donde se realizó el diagnóstico y análisis inicial del proceso actual de la compañía, encaminada a generar la metodología más adecuada para el desarrollo de la investigación. Una vez realizada toda la evaluación se propuso generar la planeación estratégica, en busca de mejorar las debilidades detectadas durante el proceso de análisis de la información, por anterior dentro del marco de desarrollo, se definieron pilares para la gestión; talento humano, cliente interno, planeación, contratistas, gestión de repuestos, áreas transversales internas y control de gastos, apoyados en indicadores que garanticen el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas, dando como resultado los impactos esperados descritos. El presente trabajo toma referencia en la Norma ISO 50001 del sistema de gestión de activos como resultado las siguientes recomendaciones; Garantizar que la Gerencia y la Organización conozca el aspecto fundamental que quiere realizar el Área de Mantenimiento en la compañía, implementando el RCM.; Prestar apoyo, espacios y tiempos para retroalimentar al personal Operativo, Supervisión y Gerencia; Garantizar condiciones favorables de espacios recursos, capacitación y remuneración al Personal del área de mantenimiento; Eliminar la rotación de personal operativo; Fomentar el mantenimiento autónomo del personal operativo

Propuesta de optimización para el mejoramiento de la gestión de inventarios caso de estudio: almacén de mantenimiento del hospital de la Universidad Nacional

This research project proposal focuses on the study of the impact that the mismanagement has in the warehouse of the Hospital of the National University in maintenance spare parts. A physical and economic analysis of the current state of the warehouse, the location of the inputs, the quantity of inputs, the rotation of the same were carried out where it was sought to identify the most relevant factors that avoid giving a good handling of it. An interview was applied to the people most involved with the warehouse where aspects such as order, cleanliness, high costs, supplies in the state and breakdowns without justification were highlighted. Thanks to the analysis of the results, it is possible to observe the point of view of the personnel related to the warehouse in each of the questions, resulting in the proposal to implement a methodology where ABC and FIFO systems will be applied.

Propuesta de un modelo para evaluar la implementación de mantenimiento preventivo (caso estudio metodología 8 pasos)

El presente trabajo se concibe con la finalidad de desarrollar una metodología de mantenimiento aplicable a cualquier organización tomando como base la mejora continua del sistema mediante la constante evaluación de los activos de la empresa. Para llevar a cabo el mantenimiento de 8 pasos se desarrolló un formato de recolección y evaluación de datos por cada una de las ocho etapas que componen la metodología, garantizando la correcta implementación de cada una de las etapas en el diagnóstico de la organización y sus activos. Finalmente, y con el fin de dar un ejemplo de implementación del sistema se llevó a cabo el análisis de la empresa Mundial de Montacargas SAS, en el cual se evaluó el mantenimiento de 44 activos con los que cuenta la organización, definiendo planes de mantenimiento de tipo preventivo con el fin de evitar fallos de producción junto a otras variables que se muestran a lo largo del documento.

Propuesta de una metodología logística para mitigar el impacto negativo que generan las notas crédito sobre la facturación para una empresa del sector de aseo

The proposed of a logistics’ methodology to mitigate the negative impact generated by Credit Notes on billing for a company of cleaning sector is done in order to provide a solution to the problem generated by the returns on orders due to developments in the area of preparation and delivery of goods. The approach of the proposal is exposed through a distribution plan, training staff, programs process flow and an alternative as definition of indicators to improving the logistics’ process in the company. For the structure of the proposed, it was analyzed under information supplied directly by the company and as secondary sources academic support methodologies and tools that can contribute positively to respond to the issues raised when they were performed. The proposal is supported by several subjects of specialization in production and international logistics point of views by the authors, for application to a real case and provide knowledge to serve as an instrument to provide continuous improvement to local business.

Propuesta del diseño del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para “Guilles Company”

This work proposes the design of the occupational health and safety management system for the Guilles Company based on Decree 1072 of 2015, resolution 0312 of 2019 and other regulations in force regarding OSH and applicable to the organization. Guilles Company is a company of the SME type dedicated to the preparation and sale of food a la carte and / or menu of the day (mainly complete meals) for immediate consumption, through table service. In order to manage and comply with article 2.2.4.6.1 object and field of application of a SG-SST decree 1072, the design proposal is made, under the compliance standard that all public and private employers must have. contractors, in terms of health and safety within the organization. Guilles is appropriate to carry out the preparation of the proposal for the design of the occupational health and safety management system, given that it currently does not have an occupational health and safety management system that allows it to identify, prevent and mitigate the risks to which their workers are exposed and which in turn improves working conditions. The project was carried out from a series of stages (4) that included a diagnosis, an investigation, an analysis of results and the formulation of the proposal. Stages carried out in order to know the current status of compliance in the area of OSH of the company, which later gave way to the realization and review of internal and external documentation that support the need for the design and its future implementation. The results reaffirmed the need for us to design an occupational health and safety system with strategies supported by the PHVA cycle that brings the company closer to 86% compliance with the system. The design proposal consists of a process of continuous improvement, visible to senior management, which includes the policy, organization, 10 planning, application, evaluation and activities of Preventive Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Industrial Hygiene and Safety Industrial, which must be present to preserve, maintain and improve the individual and collective health of Guilles Company workers. Emphasizing that their occupations must be developed in their workplaces in an integral and interdisciplinary way, with the aim of preventing occupational risks, guaranteeing a high level of physical and mental well-being in workers and contributing to the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness indexes of the activities carried out by the organization and thus improve the processes

Musculoskeletal disorders are important in studies derived from incapacity for work at a national and global level, with musculoskeletal disorders being the rate of greatest incidence in the decrease and loss of work capacity temporary or permanent. Currently a quarter of workers complain of muscle aches; They are presented by different risk factors such as lifting loads, forced postures and repetitive movements. Given the situation, the early detection of the different symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders will help to reduce occupational diseases and absenteeism of occupational origin. The objective is to make a proposal for the mitigation of musculoskeletal disorders and plan mitigation strategies with the workers of the Agrosavia company in the administrative area, with the application of the Nordic questionnaire and to analyze which is the incidence of DME discomfort in the workers. Also by a TICS tool, is needed to evaluate workers for the early detection of upper limb discomfort. Methodology. It begins with the application of the Nordic questionnaire to the workers, the respective statistical analyzes are carried out, obtaining a series of results, and then the samples are taken using the innovative tool which measures the strength made by the students. As a result, it is evident that musculoskeletal pathology prevails in hands and neck. Where the musculoskeletal symptoms are one of the main sources for absenteeism and this is directly linked to ailments of occupational origin, for this reason it is necessary to review and create early interventions for the health care of workers.
