This work proposes the design of the occupational health and safety management system for the Guilles Company based on Decree 1072 of 2015, resolution 0312 of 2019 and other regulations in force regarding OSH and applicable to the organization. Guilles Company is a company of the SME type dedicated to the preparation and sale of food a la carte and / or menu of the day (mainly complete meals) for immediate consumption, through table service. In order to manage and comply with article 2.2.4.6.1 object and field of application of a SG-SST decree 1072, the design proposal is made, under the compliance standard that all public and private employers must have. contractors, in terms of health and safety within the organization. Guilles is appropriate to carry out the preparation of the proposal for the design of the occupational health and safety management system, given that it currently does not have an occupational health and safety management system that allows it to identify, prevent and mitigate the risks to which their workers are exposed and which in turn improves working conditions. The project was carried out from a series of stages (4) that included a diagnosis, an investigation, an analysis of results and the formulation of the proposal. Stages carried out in order to know the current status of compliance in the area of OSH of the company, which later gave way to the realization and review of internal and external documentation that support the need for the design and its future implementation. The results reaffirmed the need for us to design an occupational health and safety system with strategies supported by the PHVA cycle that brings the company closer to 86% compliance with the system. The design proposal consists of a process of continuous improvement, visible to senior management, which includes the policy, organization, 10 planning, application, evaluation and activities of Preventive Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Industrial Hygiene and Safety Industrial, which must be present to preserve, maintain and improve the individual and collective health of Guilles Company workers. Emphasizing that their occupations must be developed in their workplaces in an integral and interdisciplinary way, with the aim of preventing occupational risks, guaranteeing a high level of physical and mental well-being in workers and contributing to the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness indexes of the activities carried out by the organization and thus improve the processes
