Currently, the higher education organizations looking to stay ahead and work for being able to respond effectively to the needs upgrade in knowledge and techniques in this globalized world where competition and the desire to excel are the order day. However, these organizations have neglected the importance of creating healthy work environments for both workers teaching order as administrative, generating the development of multiple problems associated with work, such as job dissatisfaction, low performance, low motivation, among other physical and psychological illnesses. (Enriquez, 2008). On this issue, a thorough investigation of the methodologies used globally for the assessment of psychosocial risk in different workplaces and on the other hand developing the organizational structure of the institution of higher education that was taken as example and object characterized reach what was the ECCI University in Bogota. According to the analysis done for the different methodologies and organizational characteristics of the institution of higher education, a survey type tool that allows a first diagnosis regarding the working environment in an institution of higher education design. This survey, carried out online for easy disclosure consists of 35 questions that address different topics of the characteristics of the work environment, including those found levels of leadership, participation, sense of belonging, interpersonal relationships, work load, mental load, levels of stress and burnout syndrome.
