Why create and implement indicators that will enable the company to improve its "level of service" also improving its inventory process at any level within the company is evident, this confirms the scope of the proposal, together with their limitations. The objectives and purposes for which has developed this proposal are described. In support of the proposal, a framework that can identify the flaws and problems currently facing the company general store DIACO COLOMBIA and are causing the level of satisfaction and service quality of the company is set to display as affected. The development of this TPM implementation plan is based on the 5S method and the 12 steps of Nakajima, emphasizing two of the pillars of the methodology, autonomous maintenance [Jishu Hozen] and focused improvements [Kobetsu Kaizen]. Most importantly, the research showed that the implementation of the TPM program is profitable by reducing maintenance costs, and insurance costs for lost profits, as well as increasing equipment availability and extending equipment life, all of which will positively impact sales in the medium term. Where the elements and peculiarities of manufacturing in the system (CNC punching equipment) are analyzed, taking into account the characteristics of the process, environment, capacity, methods and expertise. Este equipo fue seleccionado estratégicamente bajo un análisis de criticidad. Encontrando que las inyectoras de plástico son uno de los activos más importantes dentro de su proceso de producción.
