Propuesta de optimización del sistema productivo para la empresa Hunter Douglas de Colombia mediante la mejora continúa

This proposal aims to optimize a line of the production system for the company Hunter Douglas de Colombia S.A., through the methodology of continuous improvement. Where the elements and peculiarities of manufacturing in the system (CNC punching equipment) are analyzed, taking into account the characteristics of the process, environment, capacity, methods and expertise. Thus, the concepts of continuous improvement investigated are applied, in order to optimize and improve the process flow, focusing on critical points such as; bottlenecks, set up changes and color tooling identification, unnecessary shifts that can free machine loads and increase productivity on the screen panel manufacturing line.
