The goal of these research about the company AVE COLOMBIANA S.A is develop a support of this. The second thing is make better the process of receving plastic components. For make these,i will a research a specific study about the process of receiving plastic components, were several accompaniment when looked for the information, fieldwork and to make an evaluation of methods and the implementation in better the process of the time. This information provided the necessary tools to make a diagnostic of the critical points of the process and failures in the distribution of organization, moves and micromoves unneccesaries . I looked the possibility of better different methodologies and phylosophies which looks a standardization and continuous development.
