Due to the risk that electricity represents and its handling on a daily basis for the lives of people, animals or the equipment that uses it, all of them are exposed to different situations that can lead to incidents or accidents. For this reason, with the current work we seek to give knowledge of the electrical irrigation factors to which we expose ourselves daily and propose control measures that help mitigate them and / or have a greater to avoid situations of which regret. Because electricity is an important element in development in our society, but it is potentially dangerous, a number of factors must be considered to be taken into account both in the constitution of the facilities themselves and the different rules governing for them. Therefore, for the development of this document we will be guided by the standards described in the Technical Regulations for Electrical Installations (RETIE), Technical Regulations for Illumination and Public Lighting (RETILAP), NTC2050 and ICONTEC Standards, for the construction and fabrication of materials and equipment. The goal of these research about the company AVE COLOMBIANA S.A is develop a support of this. The second thing is make better the process of receving plastic components. For make these,i will a research a specific study about the process of receiving plastic components, were several accompaniment when looked for the information, fieldwork and to make an evaluation of methods and the implementation in better the process of the time. This information provided the necessary tools to make a diagnostic of the critical points of the process and failures in the distribution of organization, moves and micromoves unneccesaries . I looked the possibility of better different methodologies and phylosophies which looks a standardization and continuous development.

The following thesis work is a monograph research whose primary focus is to design a communicative organizational plan to avoid, prevent and reduce the risk of occupational hazards in the electricians that work at “Provenza imperial, Constructora Marval”. Due to the frequent electrical occupational risks during the last year, the goals of the company take more time to be met. In fact, the company has increased the work-related accidents and incidents. This situation affects directly the company performance and its economy. To address this problem, the research opted for the explanatory methodology which explains by some authors’ theories, researches, textbooks and others, how communication might be an efficient tool to avoid accidents and incidents at work. In this specific case at “Provenza imperial, Constructora Marval”. Likewise, this research method is synthetic because it relates the organizational communication to the occupational hazards. Also these theories take different elements, unify them, resulting in a new theory that will be used to address the main problem of this research. With this research wants to demonstrate that through a good communicative organizational management in a company, the occupational risks could be reduced. Lastly, it is recommended t to generate good communication channels with the employees under respectful terms. They could be used to spread important information such as campaigns, videos, games, activities and so forth, building awareness among the employees, and their role in the company, making them understand the responsibility that comes with it.
