Due to the risk that electricity represents and its handling on a daily basis for the lives of people, animals or the equipment that uses it, all of them are exposed to different situations that can lead to incidents or accidents. For this reason, with the current work we seek to give knowledge of the electrical irrigation factors to which we expose ourselves daily and propose control measures that help mitigate them and / or have a greater to avoid situations of which regret. Because electricity is an important element in development in our society, but it is potentially dangerous, a number of factors must be considered to be taken into account both in the constitution of the facilities themselves and the different rules governing for them. Therefore, for the development of this document we will be guided by the standards described in the Technical Regulations for Electrical Installations (RETIE), Technical Regulations for Illumination and Public Lighting (RETILAP), NTC2050 and ICONTEC Standards, for the construction and fabrication of materials and equipment.
