The following thesis work is a monograph research whose primary focus is to design a communicative organizational plan to avoid, prevent and reduce the risk of occupational hazards in the electricians that work at “Provenza imperial, Constructora Marval”. Due to the frequent electrical occupational risks during the last year, the goals of the company take more time to be met. In fact, the company has increased the work-related accidents and incidents. This situation affects directly the company performance and its economy. To address this problem, the research opted for the explanatory methodology which explains by some authors’ theories, researches, textbooks and others, how communication might be an efficient tool to avoid accidents and incidents at work. In this specific case at “Provenza imperial, Constructora Marval”. Likewise, this research method is synthetic because it relates the organizational communication to the occupational hazards. Also these theories take different elements, unify them, resulting in a new theory that will be used to address the main problem of this research. With this research wants to demonstrate that through a good communicative organizational management in a company, the occupational risks could be reduced. Lastly, it is recommended t to generate good communication channels with the employees under respectful terms. They could be used to spread important information such as campaigns, videos, games, activities and so forth, building awareness among the employees, and their role in the company, making them understand the responsibility that comes with it.
