Determinación de factores de riesgo ergonómico en ginecólogos de la Clínica Cecolfes sede Bogotá D.C.

Health professionals and workers are faced with several risks related to their occupation. This paper presents basic information about Biomechanical risk factors to which gynecologists are exposed during the work processes they are involved in. General objective: Determine ergonomic risk factors that gynecologists face at the CECOLFES Clinic, located in Bogotá D.C. Methodology: Initially, the Nordic Standardized Questionnaire was applied to quickly identify symptoms of musculoskeletal discomfort. Subsequently, the Work Center Analysis was performed, and at the same time, the Ergonomic Checkpoint List was applied. An analysis started by identifying the different types of tasks and determining risk factors present in each one of them. 128-point checklists were applied, arranged in a total of 10 areas of interest. Once the risk factors were identified, the REBA Method was implemented to assess the exposure of gynecologists to risk factors that can cause cumulative trauma disorders (CDT’s) to dynamic and static postural load. Results: Risk factors associated mainly with exposure to forced postures and repetitive movements were identified, however, the Standard Nordic Questionnaire allows us to visualize that there are pre-existing discomforts in one of the participating individuals. Conclusion: During their work processes, gynecologists at the CECOLFES clinic are exposed to ergonomic risk factors, especially to forced postures and prolonged repetitive movements in the upper limbs, which arise from the maneuvers they perform in the implementation of different gynecological procedures as well as from high exposure at work due to the extension of the working day. Little or no existing controls of medium and source were found at the workplace that was assessed, just active pauses instead. The probability of suffering injuries is very high, which makes it necessary to consider risk acceptability as not acceptable or acceptable with a specific control. This research constitutes a contribution to the SG-SST of the Clinic since no study on workplace analysis has been conducted.

Safety and Health at work has its beginnings from the Political Constitution of Colombia, but according to the ARL and FASECOLDA statistics the accident rate and occupational diseases are on the rise, companies are not having the resources necessary for the health and safety of workers, so in 2015 in Colombia Decree 1072 was issued, which obliges all companies with more than 10 employees to design and implement an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, the This project seeks to make a diagnosis of the current state of the SG-SST of the Foundation international university, in order to design the SG-SST in accordance with the identification risks to which the working population is exposed, was carried out through an approach mixed since it is necessary to use qualitative and quantitative research for the development of the objectives. The results present the Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the International University Foundation.

The main objective of this monograph was to design a management system safety and health at work for the company JYJ ELECTRICAL NETWORKS S.A.S For the development of the monograph, resolution 0312 of 2019, decree 1072 of 2015, was used as a guide, in order to diagnose, identify and minimize risks to which employees are exposed in their daily activities, improving the standards of security. The first phase that was carried out to fulfill the main objective of the work was a diagnosis with which the action plan, objectives and structure of the occupational health and safety management. Followed by an identification and prioritization of risks and dangers to which they are exposed the workers who work in the company through the gtc-45, then a management system that complies with the requirements and guidelines demanded in resolution 0312 of 2019 and decree 1072 of 2015, finally the necessary documentation was prepared for its subsequent implementation and execution of the system in the company.

At present, in the workplace, the need to include Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems has become evident, the current regulations are directed so that all public and private employers implement a system that allows control of process safety and worker protection. In hotels there are latent risks such as: biomechanical, psychosocial, chemical, among others that can trigger a series of problems that translate into costs for the employer. The SG-SST is closely related to the current public health problem that the world faces in the face of the SARS-Cov-2 (COVID-19) disease, since the hotel is highly impacted by the effects that it has left so much on the employee health, as well as the economic, social and environmental aspects. Therefore, through the initial diagnosis of the hotel, strategies were generated for the organization and in turn be able to mitigate the impacts generated by the pandemic.

La empresa Serviambiental S.A. E.S.P., es una empresa que ofrece sistemas de tratamiento (incineración) y disposición final de toda clase de residuos industriales, cuenta con tres sedes, se tomó como objeto de estudio la sede ubicada en el municipio de Villavicencio departamento del Meta, para la labor de transporte de residuos la empresa cuenta con ocho conductores, los cuales serán objeto de estudio, esta labor es realizada con camiones tipo furgón. Esta actividad inicia en la base oriente, la cual se encuentra ubicada en el municipio de Villavicencio; hasta los campos petroleros de rubiales, caracará, jaguar, toro sentado y campo quifa, donde se realiza la recolección de los residuos, estos campos están ubicados en el municipio de Puerto Gaitán, departamento del Meta. La actividad de conducción genera exposición al riesgo público y vial, al igual expone a diferentes riesgos al personal, por lo cual fue necesario identificar los factores de riesgos, con el fin de dar cumplimiento a la presente investigación, esto a través de entrevistas a cada uno de los conductores, matriz de riesgo, revisión de formatos preoperacionales, además de brindar a la organización una propuesta del diseño de capacitaciones, así como un documento con las recomendaciones de los horarios laborales. Finalmente se realiza la divulgación de las conclusiones y recomendaciones, para su puesta en marcha en la empresa, con el fin de garantizar un trabajo seguro, calidad de vida y seguridad vial, educación vial.

The research below is called “AUTONOMOUS USE OF PERSONAL PROTECTION ELEMENTS (EPP) CASE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INCOVISA INGENIEROS SAS” where you try to get to the reasons why unqualified labor in a construction company in the municipality of Zipaquirá - Cundinamarca (Colombia) is so apathetic when using personal protective elements. This proposal applies the Behavioral-Based Safety methodology, with which it is intended to be more thoroughly monitored using the tri-conditional model of secure behavior: To be able to do, know how to do and want to do. Once the methodology is applied the indicators and their findings will be evaluated based on the results produced by the investigative intervention.

This work developed a contextual analysis in order to present a proposal for the structuring of a management program for work in confined spaces in the company INSITEL S. By reference to the Colombian legislation in force Resolution 0491 of 2020. The study demonstrates the lack of procedures to guide workers during the course of the activity, lack of self-care on the part of the work personnel and the absence of a minimum security requirement on the part of the company during these operations since there was no legislation and regulations regulating such activities.

eng: The research object of study was carried out in a company in the construction sector in the city of Medellin, Antioquia, which develops the construction of houses, in different sectors of the Aburra Valley, in order to carry out a review of the current state of the reincorporation process labor for workers who suffered a work-related accident with a total of 30 or more days of disability. Initially, an exhaustive exploration of the number of occupational accidents occurred in the first semester of 2020 was developed, the second of validity the process developed by the company through the use of data collection instruments such as surveys and interviews, the above in order to to build a procedure for the Rehabilitation and Labor Reincorporation Procedure.

In the society different productive models exist and / or socioeconomic where a series has been demonstrated of problematic in the labor environments that concern the physical and labor health of the workers. In case of the university teachers, the presences of psychological negative factors can drive to the existence of diverse psychological disorders that not only affect the educational worker, but also it affects the performance of the same one, the quality of his work, the profitability and likewise the good development of the educational institution. The object of the present study is to identify the principal factors of psychological risk to which the university teachers are exposed by means of a documentary review of last years. The methodology of the investigation is of quantitative exploratory type; the technology uses documentary study for the search of the information of the different studies that have developed on risks psychologically that affect the university teachers in the development of his profession. The investigation I throw a few results revealing that the university teachers are exposed to different psychological risks being the principal one the syndrome of burnout and followed by chronic stress, emotional depletion, depersonalization, change of functions (mas administrative officers), between others. Which can generate cardiovascular pathologies, depression, anxiety, stress, multiplicity of tasks, overload of work, limitations of the time to expire with the academic activities, lack of recognition, mental load, inadequate working spaces, lack of a remuneration that compensates the efforts and falls relate social in the work. One concludes that the studies on the risks psychosocial educational university are very small, even having in it counts the great affectation that can generate these problems in the teachers already be in the labor part as also in his net personal part, the development of the institutions and likewise in the student population who also meet affected since it is stopped them offering a service of first.
