Propuesta Para El Diseño De Un Programa De Gestión Para Trabajo En Espacios Confinados En La Empresa Insitel S. A De Acuerdo A La Legislación Colombiana Vigente

This work developed a contextual analysis in order to present a proposal for the structuring of a management program for work in confined spaces in the company INSITEL S. By reference to the Colombian legislation in force Resolution 0491 of 2020. The study demonstrates the lack of procedures to guide workers during the course of the activity, lack of self-care on the part of the work personnel and the absence of a minimum security requirement on the part of the company during these operations since there was no legislation and regulations regulating such activities.
