The route created, allows employers and teachers recognize the diseases mentioned, as part of the labor psychology risks in educational institutions of higher education private, mitigate its impact on educators and thereby achieve higher levels of productivity and the welfare of workers. Due to the frequent electrical occupational risks during the last year, the goals of the company take more time to be met. In fact, the company has increased the work-related accidents and incidents. This situation affects directly the company performance and its economy. To address this problem, the research opted for the explanatory methodology which explains by some authors’ theories, researches, textbooks and others, how communication might be an efficient tool to avoid accidents and incidents at work. In this specific case at “Provenza imperial, Constructora Marval”. Likewise, this research method is synthetic because it relates the organizational communication to the occupational hazards. Also these theories take different elements, unify them, resulting in a new theory that will be used to address the main problem of this research. With this research wants to demonstrate that through a good communicative organizational management in a company, the occupational risks could be reduced. Lastly, it is recommended t to generate good communication channels with the employees under respectful terms.
