This project consists of the design and implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System as a management tool to minimize the current accident rate of the company PH HOSPITALARIOS S.A.S. The purpose of the project is to validate the efficiency of the implementation of the Management System in the reduction of accidents in the company and ensure that in this way protection and promotion of the life and integrity of the company's workers are guaranteed. In the development of the project, the design and implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System is included under the guidelines established by the Presidency of the Republic through decree 1072 of 2015, the analysis of the data provided by the company in relation to accidents, the validation of the efficiency of the implementation of the management system, the proposal of proposals for improvement in the organization and the specific development of risk management programs with mechanical emphasis.
