RESUMEN El trabajo está enmarcado desde el enfoque de la investigación aplicada, encargada de la busca de la generación de conocimiento con aplicación directa a los problemas y para este caso en particular el fortalecimiento del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo de una institución prestadora de servicios de salud de I Nivel y especialidades. Se basó fundamentalmente en los hallazgos que se encuentren en el diagnóstico inicial que se realizó mediante el radar de la resolución 312 del 2019 del Ministerio del Trabajo, aplicando los 21 estándares mínimos del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, teniendo como base que la institución consta de un número menor a 50 trabajadores. Tanto para las directivas como para sus empleados, el concientizarse y realizar el proceso de enlace entre la teoría y el producto o efectos cómo incumplimiento de: las políticas, cultura organizacional, y los posibles riesgos de los trabajadores y así mismo posibles sanciones. Por lo anterior en toda institución es importante realizar el fortalecimiento del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo a través primeramente con el diagnóstico sobre el objetivo principal de la propuesta, y así mismo la identificación de necesidades o riesgos, para cumplir con el fortalecimiento del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo ante la Institución prestadora de Servicios de Salud.

ABSTRACT The work is framed from the applied research approach, in charge of the search for the generation of knowledge with direct application to the problems and for this particular case the strengthening of the occupational health and safety management system of a provider institution. of Level I health services and specialties. It was fundamentally based on the findings found in the initial diagnosis that was made through the radar of resolution 312 of 2019 of the Ministry of Labor, applying the 21 minimum standards of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, based on that the institution has fewer than 50 workers. For both the directives and their employees, to become aware and carry out the process of linking the theory and the product or effects such as non-compliance with: the policies, organizational culture, and the possible risks of the workers and also possible sanctions. Therefore, in every institution it is important to strengthen the occupational health and safety management system through, firstly, the diagnosis of the main objective of the proposal, and also the identification of needs or risks, to comply with the strengthening of the occupational health and safety management system before the Health Service Provider Institution.
