The purpose of preparing this research is to optimize the process that is carried out when developing a product for a client and both the development team and the client team know how the processes of a product work, for which reason it is proposed to carry out a strategy of work that meets the quality standards for the creation of a project and that adapts to the programming language used by the company Flowvision s.a.s. The process consisted of taking enough information from previous developments as well as the use cases of current developments, we also reviewed two agile methodologies that are implemented in current project developments as well as the quality standards that must be taken into account for the creation of Projects. In this document you will be able to visualize the different phases that were carried out during the investigation: analysis, design, implementation, execution, tests. In the final part of the document, the conclusions and contributions on the research may be reviewed, as well as recommendations for future projects.
