The present work exposes the production of a solar collector for water heating in order to satisfy the demand for water for domestic use and simultaneously mitigate the effects of the use of fossil fuels by taking advantage of renewable and inexhaustible resources such as solar energy. The manufacture of this collector is carried out by implementing conventional materials and elements using a water heater and a solar panel. The productive process of the project is executed through the standardization of the processes using tools such as computational simulation; distribution of times and movements; and logistics analysis that allow optimization of tasks and cost reduction.
