The present research studies the psychosocial factors that influence the accidents produced in the development of the projects of the construction company COMCEPTO S.A.S. For this purpose, the psychosocial risks that affect the activities carried out by the workers will be identified, applying the psychosocial battery of the Colombian Ministry of Social Protection. The sample is determined through the MAS (Simple Random Sampling), It aims to design a plan for the promotion and prevention of psychosocial risk in order to avoid accidents and occupational diseases in the construction company COMCEPTO S.A.S. using the results obtained, the most important findings refer to the intralabor risks, which are in the scale of high risk caused by the lack of recognition and compensation, in addition to the high demand of the workday and mental load.
