    In the following work we decided to design a logistics operations procedure involving components that converge in the logistics operations processes of the company Enjoy J & G Ltda. A company with 15 years in the market that has dealt with its sales but not its organizational development, since having an acceptable sales margin has not decided to take the next step in the development of the company in which it includes an organizational structure and appropriate documentation so that over time the growth of the company does not hinder the processes for lack of organizational culture. Market demands are not only focused on price, but also the good development of its operations and its good organizational culture, as well as the fact that the company realizes that it must currently assume losses that are not notable for its good margin of sales, but that when they are integrated in the income statements can mean considerable orders, and that they can be used in investment for the company. For Mr. Sierra and his empiricism, the operations they carry out are being well directed due to their good sales margin, but he has the perception of losses due to administrative failures, he considers them to be failures that should occur and should only be assumed by the company without the need for To be corrected for this, we based our information on an interview and photographic records of our field work, from which it was possible to obtain decisive information for the development of the investigation. In this way, this proposal focuses on the design of a logistics operations procedure that will allow the company to recognize its losses due to organizational failures, making a simulation that registers that it is possible that in three years the company will recover its investment in such a way that it can maintain the model and based on a procedure, a good distribution of the plant and the use of technologies, as well as the generation of an organizational culture, the company can stop losing its reprocessing and improve its organizational structure, optimizing based on administrative engineering all its processes for growth and economic solvency.

    The inventory management is one of the biggest challenges that the companies today has to face, therefore implementing and improvement and control strategy of the inventory, it will guarantee a their market share to be more extended. Taking into account the general instability of the markets in the last time, the retail supplies sector hasn’t been the exception, it is necessary to orientate the efforts and resources of the company on and optimal way that will be reflected on benefits for it. For the inventory management on Forus Colombia, on the first place a general diagnose of the company was made that will allow identifying the weaknesses to make and emphasis on them. For this we conducted a detailed analysis of the current inventory system to identify which activities can be improved to the inventory model. After this management indicators where implemented, that allow to make a real measurement of the company situation before and after the sensitization of the employees. Taking into account that the main problem of the company lies in mismanagement of inventories, it was necessary to recommend the implementation of and inventory model more consistent and more reliable in terms of the operation of the company and demand for each of the stores, that could answer the questions, ¿how much should I order?, ¿when do it?, ¿how much to send a store? And ¿ what kind of merchandise sent to a store? That allow the general manager to realize the importance of the model to speed up and improve the way the company used to ask the merchandise, determine exactly which merchandise should be sent to each store and be clear rotation time inventory, depending on variables such as costs and delivery times from suppliers, taking into account the historical demand for each of the lines operated by Forus Colombia. It was clear that the inventory management is a continuous process for which constant improvements must be made all the time so the company could face on a better way the future challenges

    Globally, companies have found that the key to being competitive is in the efficiency of its processes, mainly those involved in the supply chain, because of there high levels of productivity are derived therefore considered extremely important development in achieving efficient supply chain for the company, since it does not currently have a method that allows continuous monitoring of the adequacy of the requirements in less time, which has created a distortion in inventory levels. The resource planning from demand forecasting is one of the main activities to achieve complete harmony between planning and material consumption. Therefore, this research aims to identify the different models for the control of planning materials that have a high impact on the production process of the company, including the factors and variables that affect the optimal development of the supply chain. The result is defined and provides a model for planning distribution requirements (DRP), by which it can control the material requirements in bulk and optimum times, based on forecasts of customer demand. The project is as follows Chapter 1 of Title Research, in Chapter 2 the current problem of the company is described, systematizing the shortcomings of the process, in chapter 3 the proposed objectives of the study were raised in chapter 4 justify and delimit the problem under study, in Chapter 5 some literary references that support the study, in chapter 6 the type of research that will be used in chapter 7 observed variables is studied to analyze affect the optimal development of the processes within the company, in chapter 8 sources of information are defined to support research, in Chapter 9 the expected financial results were raised in chapter 10 was related to the impact human talent with the implementation of the DRP model, and in Chapter 11 the conclusions expressed.

    For the development of this report disclosed the activities carried out in the Call Center of a financial institution, to see opportunities for improvement so we can apply some methodological tool that enables the implementation of the Philosophical Kaizen, from the Cycle PDCA. The main steps of the implementation of this method are set forth throughout the entire document. In the first and second chapter, references to the proposal made you want to develop, and in turn pose the problem that we see in the call center, which is causing some problems with respect to the final results, and does not allow the achievement of the objectives. In the third and fourth chapters, are the objectives and rationale. Objectives that are required to comply with the normal development of the monograph, as if to get the desired results. And justified by reason and that is the need to develop research. Citing the opportunity for improvement in the process, found during the investigation, revealing the consequences that can be generated by not seeking optimal solutions. In the fifth and sixth chapter refers to the theoretical framework and the type of research that was implemented for the progress of the essay is. In the theoretical framework used as a basis other local, national and international case studies, where authors analyze each similar to problems raised in this monograph, which allows us to use as drought to develop our main goal. In the seventh chapter is methodological development, where disclosed the main features of the method used, called Kaizen or continuous improvement and PDCA cycle, like all activities carried out during the implementation of the same for implementation and development objectives.
