Abstract

The research project is given because in recent years there has been low productivity in the process of sugarcane production in the country, it is proposed to mitigate implementing the 5S methodology in the farm Return of the town of Utica Cundinamarca , which allow the increase farm productivity by 10%, throwing the ROI of 79% annually, indicating that after a year and four months the return on total investment will be received, moving towards a production that allows them optimize existing production processes.
