Diseño de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la Institución Educativa Huellitas y Saberes del municipio de Tunja departamento de Boyacá

Abstract

Huellitas y Saberes es una institución educativa privada con domicilio en Municipio de Tunja, dedicada a brindar atención, bienestar y educación a Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes con características especiales cognitivas, encaminada a brindar servicios de calidad y excelencia pensando siempre en el bienestar tanto de sus Estudiantes, Docentes y Familias. El siguiente trabajo busca identificar las condiciones actuales de la institución Huellitas y Saberes en cuanto a seguridad laboral encaminado a el diseño del sistema, dando cumplimiento a la normatividad vigente colombiana decreto 1072/2015, adicional busca que las actividades se encaminen a ejecutarse de forma segura y que los Estudiantes, Docentes y Familias en sus lugares de trabajo se sientan seguros buscando el equilibrio físico, mental y social de estos. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, el propósito general es realizar el diseño del SG-SST y que esta a su vez se implemente en la Institución Educativa dando cumplimiento a la normatividad colombiana, dejando siempre las recomendaciones pertinentes para que la institución continúe y genere día a día las mejoras continuas al sistema.

Es Huellitas y Saberes is a private educational institution based in the Municipality of Tunja, dedicated to providing care, well-being and education to Boys, Girls and Adolescents with special cognitive characteristics, aimed at providing quality services and excellence always thinking about the well-being of both its Students, Teachers and Families. The following work seeks to identify the current conditions of the company in terms of occupational safety aimed at the design of the system, in compliance with current Colombian regulations, Decree 1072/2015, additionally, it seeks that the activities are directed to be carried out safely and that the Students, teachers and families in their workplaces feel safe looking for their physical, mental and social balance. Taking into account the above, the general purpose is to design the SG-SST and that this in turn be implemented in the Educational Institution in compliance with Colombian regulations, always leaving the pertinent recommendations for the institution to continue and generate day to day continuous improvements to the system.
