Análisis del ciclo de vida de la planta térmica didáctica de la universidad ECCI en las etapas de operación y mantenimiento

Abstract

The need to maintain continuous and efficient production at all times, has developed a new perspective of the conservation and use of equipment in industrial enterprises; and this is how were implemented increasingly Maintenance concepts. Colombian University School of Industrial racing is a family business dedicated to providing educational services. As part of teaching methodologies - learning a didactic thermal plant that supports the theoretical activities of students and their level of use as a Maintenance Plan to ensure the maintenance and operation of equipment extending its life proposed handled. To reach the Maintenance Plan is proposed, were dispensed various stages in the process: data collection, data analysis, proposed solution containing: weekly maintenance, monthly maintenance and detailed semi-annual maintenance for each activity and related costs as well as personnel involved. Finally give some additional recommendations to achieve total thermal efficiency of teaching plant.
