Propuesta de diseño del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la empresa comercializadora JOVIR

Abstract

Este trabajo de grado, tiene como objetivo general, Proponer el diseño del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la empresa Comercializadora JOVIR, para lo cual se tuvo como base la recopilación de información existente en esta, formularios diligenciados por parte de la empresa y trabajadores y la legislación en seguridad y salud en el trabajo vigente. Para el diseño del SG-SST, se desarrollaron los objetivos específicos, los cuales, a través de su diagnóstico, nos dio a conocer el estado actual de la empresa y sus necesidades a nivel de SST. Otra herramienta utilizada y de gran valor en el desarrollo del proyecto fue la investigación de otros trabajos con características similares a la empresa Comercializadora JOVIR, como también el análisis de la información del SG-SST y legislación vigente aplicable. Por otra parte, para el desarrollo de las actividades del proyecto, se tuvo como base la implementación del diagrama de Gantt, esto nos ayudó a organizar el proyecto por fases y actividades, dentro de sus bondades tiene la del ciclo PHVA, la cual nos garantiza el mejoramiento continuo. Evaluada la información de la empresa y la normatividad vigente del SG-SST, se recomienda que de manera inmediata se implemente el SG-SST, con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento legal y el beneficio de los trabajadores respecto a mejorar su seguridad y salud en el trabajo.

This general objective is to propose the design of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in the JOVIR marketer company, for which the collection of existing information was based on this, forms filled out by the company and workers and current occupational safety and health legislation. For the design of the SG-SST, the specific objectives were developed, which, through its diagnosis, gave us the current status of the company and its needs at the SST level. Another tool used and of great value in the development of the project was the investigation of other works with characteristics similar to the JOVIR marketer company, as well as the analysis of the information of SG-SST and applicable legislation. On the other hand, for the development of the activities of the project, it was based on the implementation of the Gantt chart, this helped us to organize the project by phases and activities, and within its benefits has the PHVA cycle, which guarantees us the continuous improvement. After evaluating the company's information and the current regulations of the SG-SST, it is recommended that the SG-SST be implemented immediately, with the purpose of guaranteeing legal compliance and the benefit of the workers in terms of improving their safety and health. the job.
