Desarrollo de un proceso de consultoría en gestión de mantenimiento caso de estudio "Gate Gourmet Colombia LTDA."

Abstract

This work is based on the implementation of the studies, pieces of work, templates and other investigations by the Director of the Mechanical Engineering School of Talca University in Chile, Fernando Felix Espinosa Fuentes, for GATE GOURMET COLOMBIA LTDA, a supply and catering service company for commercial airlines. Our objective is to carry out a maintenance consultancy through an audit. For this purpose, we define the conceptual framework and the state of the art, and explain the methodology used in data compilation. We also outline the method for analyzing this data in order to create improvement plans. In addition, we describe the type of investigation and data sources and present a financial analysis related to the implementation of the improvement plans.
