El presente trabajo permite realizar un análisis acerca de las falencias que se presentan frente a los estudios y la normatividad que se tiene para trabajos en espacios confinados en Colombia frente al panorama internacional. Se retomó como metodología un enfoque cualitativo, donde se analizaron e identificaron las normas y documentos como (artículos) encontrados dentro de la investigación, como resultado se presentaron las normas y artículos encontrados a nivel nacional, e internacional, los cuales se pueden ver en el anexo 1, y 2, además de esto se presentó la comparación del panorama nacional e internacional, que se evidencia en el anexo3, los hallazgos evidenciados nos brindan la oportunidad de identificar la poca información encontrada a nivel mundial y el sesgo respecto a trabajos en espacios confinados, dejando expuesto el riesgo al que están sometidos los empleados que realizan sus labores en este tipo de espacios.

The present work allows to make an analysis about the shortcomings that appear before the studies and the normativity that is had for works in confined spaces in Colombia in front of the international panorama. It is a qualitative approach, where standards are analyzed and identified and classified as the articles are classified within the research. , and 2, in addition to this, the comparison of the national and international panorama has been presented, which has been evidenced in the annex3, the findings have shown the opportunity to identify the little information found worldwide and the bias regarding works in spaces confined, in this type of spaces.
