Estrategias de intervención para mitigar los factores de riesgo Psicosociales en la empresa Sitel de Colombia S.A.

Abstract

This project is to assess the psychosocial risks in the company Sitel de Colombia SA, in compliance with Resolution 2646 of 2008 which refers to the identification, evaluation, prevention, intervention and ongoing monitoring of exposure to this risk factor work and in turn determining the origin of diseases caused by occupational stress identified possible. In this way it complies with the requirements of the Management System Safety and Health at Work, establishing a plan of action to identify our target population, with activities and responsible, thus it seeks to contribute to the reduction of possible diseases of work-associated risk factor.
