Diseño del SG-SST de la Fundación Universitaria Internacional Bajo la Resolución 0312 de 2019

Abstract

Safety and Health at work has its beginnings from the Political Constitution of Colombia, but according to the ARL and FASECOLDA statistics the accident rate and occupational diseases are on the rise, companies are not having the resources necessary for the health and safety of workers, so in 2015 in Colombia Decree 1072 was issued, which obliges all companies with more than 10 employees to design and implement an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, the This project seeks to make a diagnosis of the current state of the SG-SST of the Foundation international university, in order to design the SG-SST in accordance with the identification risks to which the working population is exposed, was carried out through an approach mixed since it is necessary to use qualitative and quantitative research for the development of the objectives. The results present the Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the International University Foundation.
