Evaluación de los impactos generados por mantenimiento y su optimización a partir del modelo de economía circular, enfocado en plantas de producción de bebidas UHT (Ultra High Temperature)

During the development of this degree work, the impacts generated by maintenance tasks and their optimization were evaluated based on the circular economy model focused on UHT beverage production plants. A compilation and analysis of data regarding the consumption of electrical energy, handling of post-maintenance parts, classification and disposal of waste was carried out; Similarly, the need to develop a methodology that incorporates the circular economy in the maintenance model used in this type of industry was evidenced. This methodology uses IoT equipment for the measurement, storage and processing of data regarding vibrations, electrical energy and thermography; using Machine Learning algorithms in order to obtain predictive analysis of the machines and determine the right moment to make interventions by the maintenance area. Currently, maintenance models in UHT beverage production plants are based on preventive, predictive and corrective actions. By applying the circular maintenance methodology, it is possible to reduce corrective actions and environmental impact through savings in electrical energy consumption, prolonging the useful life of parts, increasing the availability of equipment and reusing waste in other industries.
