Abstract

The research work “Proposal to generate a culture of occupational safety in the personnel of the company L B Impresos SAS. - A contribution from safety based on behavior ”aims to generate a change in the culture and behavior of the personnel who work in the organization L B Impresos SAS, against the guidelines of the SG-SST, based on the behavior of the individual. The results of the study, the diagnosis of Psychosocial Risk Factors and the assessment of knowledge of health and safety at work, applied to all LB Impresos SAS personnel, constitute the epistemological basis for establishing the structured training and education program, which Once developed according to the schedule to be established, it will lead to a change in culture based on the behavior of all LB Impresos SAS employees.
